We stand by our quality policy, and practice the principals of it every day at QIC. Quality Industrial Coaters uses all of the industry standards to test and insure our finished product meets manufacturers' as well as customer specifications each and every time.

Cross hatch sample - adhesion test
ASTM pencil hardness test - measures for coating hardness
Digital mil thickness detector - determines material mil thickness
Digital Gloss Meters - This is used to measure the gloss of a specific coating
Salt Spray Testing - This determines salt and chemical resistance
Humidity Testing - Measures a specific coating resistance to temperature and humidity changes
